What data we collect

• When you submit the inquiry form – your name, email address and trip details (date, route, number of passengers, notes).
• When you email us – your contact details and the content of our correspondence.

Why we process data

To answer your inquiry, send you an offer, and conclude and perform a passenger transport contract. Legal basis – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract).

How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for no longer than 2 months after our last correspondence if no contract is concluded. Contract-related documents are kept as long as required by Lithuanian law.

Who receives data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Data may be stored on the servers of our website hosting and email provider only as needed to provide the service, and disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work (e.g. to remember your language). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights
